We are partnering with a well-established international insurance organisation with a strong presence in both the Lloyd’s and company markets. As Senior Bordereaux Analyst you will look after the end-to-end process for processing and validating all delegated Risk, Premium and Claims bordereaux data, and act as a key liaison between internal departments such as Underwriting, Finance, Claims, and Compliance, as well as external stakeholders including coverholders, brokers, and TPAs.The RoleVerify the completeness and accuracy of data, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder Reporting StandardsMaintain bordereaux schedules, tracking submissions and ensuring timely ingestion into internal systemsIdentify and resolve discrepancies or breaches in data reported by coverholders or TPAsRequired Experience & QualificationsPrevious experience within Bordereaux management, delegated authority operations, or similar roles within the Lloyd’s or London market.Strong working knowledge of Lloyd’s regulatory framework, including binding authority agreements, Coverholder audits, and reporting standards.Proven experience handling multiple bordereaux types - premium, risk, and claims - with a focus on data quality and contractual compliance.Proficient with Lloyd’s systems including ATLAS, DCOM, ECF2, IMR & Crystal
