Manage benefits administration and day-to-day operationsCoordinate annual renewals and open enrolment processesSupport benefits programs involving the research and implementation of plans and programs as well as managing competitive benefits offered in EMEA regionSubject matter expert for all benefits queries and escalations while also providing guidance and support to various business unitsWork closely with external vendors, local leadership of the respective countries, HR partners, and other functions to offer best in class benefits and service to our employeesSupport EMEA benefits projects and implementation related projects from beginning to end including benefits communication creationDevelop and maintain policies and other documentation to educate all employees about the company's benefits programs.Plan and execute benefit-related events such as fairs and webinarsEnsure compliance with local regulationsPartner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service delivery What We're Looking For: Ba
