What You'll Do Lead and deliver marketing & BD plans for key sectorsWork closely with Partners and fee earners to shape strategyRun BD meetings and report on progress, opportunities, and insightsManage events, campaigns, pitches, and on brand marketing assetsSupport directory and award submissions, credentials, and thought leadershipConduct client, competitor, and market researchIdentify cross selling opportunities and support client developmentMentor junior team members and collaborate across the wider BD & Marketing team What We're Looking For 3 - 5 years Marketing & BD experience in professional services (legal preferred)Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leadersExcellent attention to detail and project management capabilityA proactive, flexible, and solutions driven mindsetOutstanding communication skills written and verbalA team player who takes pride in producing high quality work Why Apply?
