This role offers a minimum salary of £80,000 and benefits.The ideal candidate will have stable work history.Salary details:For audit senior manager - £80,000+For Responsible Individual - £100,000+You will be responsible forLeading, planning, and reviewing audits to ensure technical excellence and timely deliveryProviding guidance on UK GAAP, IFRS, FRS 102, and other regulatory requirementsMentoring and developing audit seniors and staff, managing performance and workflowBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying value-add opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with professional standards, engagement profitability, and quality controlDriving efficiency through new audit methodologies and approachesSupporting senior leadership with portfolio management and client meetingsOverseeing financial management of audit engagementsWhat we are looking forPreviously worked as a Senior Audit Manager, Audit Manager, Audit Senior, Responsible Individual, Audit & Accounts Manager, Audit Director, Audit Supervisor or in a similar role.Possess extensive experience in audit department within accountancy firm.ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and FRS 102Demonstrated leadership, people management, and client relationship skillsExperience managing sizeable audit portfolios and teamsKnowledge of accounts preparation and Corporate Tax
