We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Executive Support to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in London. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide white-glove VIP service for executives which includes support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, mobile devices, cloud applications and collaboration tools.Work alongside team of desktop technicians to respond swiftly to Executive requestsLiaison with technical engineers to deliver seamless executive support, including networking, security, A/V and software teamsSupport Executive Events as neededWork directly with Platinum Services leadership to prioritize projects, align resources and keep on trackParticipate in on-call rotation and assist with weekend technical validations as neededTroubleshoot technical issues and minimize disruptions reducing impact to remitEstablish best practices, develop runbooks, and contribute to comprehensive documentation library To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Experience in a desktop support role Highly
