You’ll also support junior members of the team with their ongoing development.Undertaking a variety of Fire Safety Surveying services such as Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Inspections etc, ensuring they’re delivered on time and to the required standards.Undertaking surveys of external wall systems and producing PAS 9980 FRAEW appraisals.Reviewing of Fire Strategies and reporting to clients.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing professional advice and identifying new business opportunities.Assisting the wider Building Surveying team with regards to general Building Surveying duties, providing advice and guidance on building surveys, condition reports, party wall matters, defects and other related areas.Sharing knowledge with the wider practice and mentoring junior members of the team.Qualifications:BSc or MSc in Building SurveyingMRICS / AIFireE or other appropriate further qualification or significant progress towards qualificationMust have full UK driving licence and acces
