As Senior Associate, Efficiency & Transformation Enablement, you’ll help identify, plan, and implement initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability. This role actively drives transformation and efficiency initiatives across Humana’s marketing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows, identify process gaps, and implement targeted improvements that advance operational effectiveness and organizational agility. Key Responsibilities Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Analyze current marketing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes Support the design and implementation of scalable solutions that enhance speed-to-market and reduce operational friction Document and maintain process maps, SOPs, and improvement plans Transformation Enablement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working Assist in change management efforts, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement Strategic Collaboration Partner with Marketing Operations, Technology, and Strategy teams to implement new workflows, automation tools, and technology solutions that improve operational outcomes and member experience in support of enterprise goals Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather insights and co-create solutions Contribute to the development of business cases and success metrics for transformation initiatives Data-Driven Decision Making Support the collection and analysis of performance data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement Analyze operational metrics and performance data to uncover actionable opportunities for enhanced speed, quality, and scalability within marketing operations Monitor the impact of transformation initiatives through dashboards and reporting tools that track operational KPIs and transformation outcomes and provide recommendations to leadership on results and next steps Impact By fulfilling these expectations, you will play a key role in advancing Humana’s marketing efficiency and transformation agenda. Your work will support organizational agility, foster innovation, and help deliver measurable improvements in campaign speed, operational quality, and scalability—ultimately driving stronger member engagement and supporting enterprise growth. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, a related field or equivalent work experience 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Experience with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Jira, Asana) and process mapping platforms Excellent communication and facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or regulated industries Certification in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, PMP or other process improvement methodologies Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a dynamic setting Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for driving change Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
