We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service Data Insights & Analytics to join our BNY Investments team. This role is in London, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Participate in the identification and evaluation of third-party applications to support a multi-year implementation roadmap Understand upstream and downstream processes relevant to area of expertise and minimize disruptions resulting from development projects Conduct hands-on training and creation of training materials. Analyzes, defines and documents business requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Efficient in developing dashboards and reports in CRM. Strong business, problem solving, and analytical skills. Proactive in solving business and/or technical problems.
