You will work directly with the founder and play a key part in scaling the practice.What you’ll be doing• Lead consultant and Contract Administrator on projects £100k to £1m• Deliver professional instructions including dilapidations, TDD, defect diagnosis and licences to alter• Advise managing agents, freeholders and private clients• Take full ownership of projects from instruction to completion• Support and grow the Building Surveying service lineWhat we’re looking for• MRICS preferred, strong non chartered candidates considered• Proven experience in high end residential or mixed use assets• Confident client facing and commercially aware• Strong technical grounding in fabric and defect analysis• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload• Ideally open to relocating to London for the right long term moveSalary & benefits• £65,000 to £85,000 depending on level• Discretionary bonus• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays• Pension contribution• Direct exposure to leadership and future equity potentialWhy this role will excite you• Work directly with the decision maker• Shape a growing London consultancy• High quality clients and meaningful projects• Real autonomy wi
