You’ll manage the disposal of plots annually, including part exchanges and resales, while driving efficiency and excellence across three regional business units. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team of 15, ensuring top-quality conveyancing services.Oversee plot sales, part exchanges, and related transactions.Provide proactive legal advice and attend key development meetings.Manage infrastructure agreements, land transfers, and historic site issues.Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote best practice. What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.Strong background in property law and residential conveyancing.2 years minimum of people management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
