Role Details We are seeking a Senior Assessments and Awards Officer to ensure the timely and effective maintenance of assessment, progression and award data using the University’s Student Record System. You will provide accurate, reliable and expert advice and guidance to resolve complex problems relating to assessments and progression. You will also collaborate effectively with a range of different stakeholders (including Heads of School, Course Teams and Student Experience colleagues). To be successful, you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills with a background of working in an assessment-based role. You’ll be knowledgeable in managing and analysing information and data and will be able to apply GDPR and Data Protection Legislation as applicable. Leadership skills (including the ability to support and train team members) are essential for this role, as are strong interpersonal skills, to ensure you can communicate effectively and confidently to a wide-range of different audiences. Hybrid working is available for this role, but we expect the successful candidate to work a minimum of 3 days per week on-campus.
