You will be involved from the early stages of projects, including drafting and executing validation protocols, through to GMP production and dispatch. Day-to-day of the role: Draft and execute documentation and validation protocols for the production and quality control of radiopharmaceutical products.Participate in the GMP production, sterile and aseptic dispensing of PET radiotracers.Operate automated and manual radiochemical synthesis and quality control equipment.Maintain the facility to GMP standards, including equipment and laboratory maintenance, environmental monitoring, and stock control.Manufacture PET radiopharmaceuticals using hot cell and isolators, ensuring all processes comply with safety and quality standards.Perform aseptic dispensing using negative pressure isolator technology and adopt radiation protection techniques.Pack and dispatch radiopharmaceuticals according to local guidelines and transport regulations.Carry out Quality Control procedures, analysing radionuclide and radiochemical purity.Maintain rigorous records of production processes and quality control under GMP.
