- Join Our Team
- You will join a team of savvy professionals as a Senior Analyst, Sustainability and a key member of our legal department supporting the Group’s sustainability activities You will report to the Associate General Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance.
Your responsibilities will include
- Collaborate with colleagues and external vendors to manage and contribute to strategic sustainability projects, including annual sustainability report, carbon accounting, sustainability initiatives, meeting planning and minutes for sustainability council and steering committee.
- Drive adoption and utilization of document organization and archiving tools to ensure a robust and up-to-date central repository of sustainability documents.
- Collaborate with other company functions to ensure sustainability information is up-to-date with key ratings agencies.
- Maintain annual calendar, standard operating procedures and forms related to sustainability.
- Facilitating responsive, accurate, proactive and collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders at the direction of the AGC.

Your skills and abilities should include
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in the financial services industry and demonstrated passion for sustainability, project management, benchmarking and ratings assessments to support SiriusPoint’s environmental reporting and strategy implementation.
- Specific experience with emissions data collection, reporting and/or vendor oversight is required. Diverse experience in areas such as marketing, investor relations, programming and/or law department operations would also be valuable in this role, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with global executives, with experience handling highly confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in the use of technology (including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Workiva, Diligent and similar platforms) to produce worksheets and decks to support strategic project management, prepare documents with data visualization, and presentations.
- Experience taking meeting notes, assisting in the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.
- Flexible and able to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.
- Experience with working autonomously and efficiently under tight deadlines in a global, fast-paced environment that may require you to quickly pivot while problem solving and executing with precision.
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills. Confident, articulate and professional.
- Cross-functional project management with expertise in coordinating internally and externally with various key stakeholders to advance initiatives and drive timely outcomes.
- A valued professional and team player with a positive attitude, high integrity, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and demonstrated ability to embrace ambiguity and help lead the establishment and streamlining corporate legal processes, and partner effectively and constructively with all stakeholders across the organization.
