• Job Description
• The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
• Please note this is a full time role working 39 hours a week - Monday to Friday (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 17:15 and Wednesday 09:00-17:30.
• Chemistry testing biopharma products to include method verifications, method transfers and method development.
• Support the resolution of any quality issues.
• Communicate with clients and and attend client meetings.
• Write and review of exceptions.
• Be responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
• Support self-inspections.
• Support client audits and regulatory inspections.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements.
• Delivery of chemistry training.
• Qualifications
• Understanding of GMP.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
• Experienced working in a Chemistry role, in a GMP/GLP environment
• Degree in Life Science.
