At Ageas/esure, we're building on an exciting foundation of 20 live AI use cases already empowering over 900 frontline colleagues — and we’re just getting started As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the next generation of AI-driven solutions across our business. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end projects — from gathering requirements and defining the approach, through to building, deploying and measuring real-world impact. Working with mature AI products already used by hundreds of colleagues, you’ll operate at the forefront of our cloud and GenAI ecosystem, using cutting-edge tools to drive meaningful innovation. Work with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high-value GenAI opportunities.Contribute to scalable, innovative AI delivery as part of the Data Science & AI team. Collaborate with a cross-functional squad — DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers and Infosec — to productionise AI services in AWS.You’ll be a key technical mentor within the team, helping to guide junior engineers and elevate our engineering standards.
