As the initiative continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Officer to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both on campus and remotely. Key Responsibilities serve as the first point of contact for participant enquiries, providing accurate information and a welcoming experience liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear, timely communication deliver high-quality administrative support to facilitate smooth program operations assist with communications activities including social media scheduling and email marketing maintain accurate records and reporting through effective database management Respond promptly and professionally to participant and stakeholder enquiries across email, phone, and social media, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication. About You Sydney Executive Plus operates like a mature start-up—combining the innovation and agility of a new venture with the support of an established institution. We’re seeking someone who is: a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced with CRM systems or similar databases comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment experienced in a similar role within a professional or education-focused setting (highly regarded) Skilled in managing correspondence and enquiries across multiple channels, including email and social media.
