A fast-growing media business are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance team on a temp to perm basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead our AP and banking processes, supported by an AP Specialist, and contribute to improving processes, controls and month-end accuracy. What you'll do Oversee all AP and banking processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes, expenses and paymentsSet up new suppliers, resolve queries and manage cash/credit card expensesRun BACS and international payments, post transactions and reconcile bank accounts (Sage 200 Cloud)Support cash flow monitoring, month-end AP ageing reviews and cost accrualsStrengthen AP controls, document procedures and support system/process improvements What you'll bring Proven experience in a senior AP role, ideally in a project-based environment with multi-currency exposureA track record of improving AP processes and reportingExperience with Sage 200 Cloud is a bonus Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
