We're representing a well-established and growing accountancy practice looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, mentoring junior staff, and taking ownership of a varied portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements and management accounts for client review and board meetings. Support year-end tax planning and personal tax submissions. Review year-end files and conduct analytical reviews. Manage, train, and develop junior staff. Oversee workflow and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Lead on client onboarding, fee proposals, and professional clearances. Implement new systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to achieving team fee and performance targets. Provide QuickBooks and Xero setup, consulting, and training. What We're Looking For: Qualified or QBE with strong experience in practice. Confident communicator who enjoys client-facing work. Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks). Proven track record in managing deadlines and supporting team development.
