You will play a key role in shaping relationships with major household brands while working in a team that values collaboration, strategic thinking, and personable client management. Having recently joined a larger international group, they are entering a new phase of expansion that brings increased investment, fresh opportunities, and broader client exposure. The RoleAs Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, responsible for driving high-quality delivery across email, digital, and data-driven CRM activity. Your focus will vary depending on the account you support. Responsibilities include: Acting as a central point of contact for client stakeholders across creative, development, strategy, and delivery. Working closely with Senior Account Directors to shape briefs and ensure smooth end-to-end execution. Identifying opportunities to add strategic value and strengthen long-term client partnerships. Managing delivery workflows on a fast-moving account with a broad range of stakeholders, or providing strategic support on a financial services-focused programme. Ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client objectives.
