This is a visible, influential role working for an ambitious Broker.Duties (include but are not limited to):Manage and grow a portfolio of property insurance clients (commercial & residential)Act as senior point of contact for complex risks, renewals, MTAs, and claims supportLead, mentor, and support a team of Account Handlers / ExecutivesEnsure exceptional service delivery and compliance with FCA regulationsNegotiate terms and placements with insurers and underwritersDrive retention, cross-sell, and new business opportunitiesReview workflows, improve processes, and raise service standardsSupport onboarding and training of new team membersWork closely with senior management to achieve business targetsPerson Specification:Proven experience in property insurance (broker or insurer background)<l
