Senior 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer - Reigate Location: Reigate (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)Salary: Up to £40,000 per annumType: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Service Desk Engineer to join our growing Managed Service Provider team based in the Reigate area. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week required on-site, supporting a diverse range of clients and helping to drive high-quality service delivery across the business. You'll act as an escalation point for the 1st/2nd line teams, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical support across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud environmentsAct as an escalation point for junior service desk engineersManage and resolve complex incidents and service requests within agreed SLAsSupport client onboarding, migrations, and project delivery tasksMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client infrastructure (remote and on-site)Ensure accurate documentation of systems, processes, and incident resolutionsBuild strong relationships with clients, ensuring professional and proactive servicePropose and implement service improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability Desirable Experience We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in: Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, or in the Education sector, or a combination of
