Together, we aim to help every child thrive and achieve their full potential.Your RoleAs the lead teacher, you will:Create Impactful Learning Experiences: Design and deliver tailored lesson plans that address individual learning needs and styles.Support Diverse Needs: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment for students with varying special needs.Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every student achieves their goals.Develop IEPs: Collaborate on Individual Education Plans, ensuring goals are realistic and met effectively.Encourage Positive Behaviour: Implement supportive strategies to manage and address behavioural challenges.Engage Families: Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved.Collaborate Holistically: Work with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to deliver well-rounded support.Essential Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.A strong interest or experience in special needs education.Key Skills:Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion fo
