As part of the supply team, you'll play a vital role in covering staff absences and busy periods - ensuring every learner receives the consistency and encouragement they need to thrive.What You'll Do: Provide 1:1 and small group support in and outside the classroom Build trusting relationships and encourage independence and confidence Assist with tailored learning plans and behaviour strategies Promote inclusion, safety, and wellbeing at all times Work flexibly across age groups, adapting to different needsWhat We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people (SEND experience desirable but not essential) Patience, resilience, and adaptability when supporting challenging behaviour Clear communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Commitment to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of young people Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of the schoolWhy Join as Supply Staff?
