What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the strategic vision for SEND across the whole school
• Shaping and delivering impactful, tailored interventions for students with EHCPs
• Coaching and guiding a dedicated team of TAs, teachers and support staff
• Liaising expertly with parents/carers, outside agencies and LA professionals
• Analysing SEN data and using insights to refine whole-school provision
• Championing inclusive teaching and best SEND practice in every department
Ideal SENCO for this Lambeth School:
• Qualified UK-trained teacher with National SENCO Accreditation (desirable)
