We are looking for someone to provide crucial assistance to students with a range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. This role offers you the chance to make a genuine, positive impact on young lives. Your Role Will Involve: Providing tailored support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.Aiding the classroom teacher in delivering creative and accessible lessons.Helping to cultivate a positive and encouraging learning space.Supporting students with their social and emotional development.Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.Assisting with the implementation of individual learning plans.
