• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support within the classroom setting.
• Maintaining student engagement and focus throughout lessons.
• Adapting learning materials and communication styles to meet individual needs.
• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
• Providing support with personal care tasks as required.
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students with SEN.

• Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• A confident and proactive approach to classroom assistance.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Full-time availability (8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday).
• Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
• Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
