- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support within the classroom setting.
- Maintaining student engagement and focus throughout lessons.
- Adapting learning materials and communication styles to meet individual needs.
- Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
- Providing support with personal care tasks as required.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students with SEN.
- Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A confident and proactive approach to classroom assistance.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Full-time availability (8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday).
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
