SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized one to one support to a child with a mild additional needsAssist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to ensure cohesive support strategies.Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all students.Monitor and record the progress of students, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.Utilize specialized strategies and interventions to support students' learning and development.
