Teaching Assistant Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per dayLocation: RedhillJob Type: Full-time, 5 days a week We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Redhill. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. Day-to-day of the role: Assist teachers in preparing and setting up resources for lessons and activities.Support individual students and small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.Monitor and support student behavior in the classroom and other school areas.Participate in and supervise students during extracurricular activities and outings.Help maintain a clean and orderly classroom.Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.Assist with the administration of class tests, homework, and other assignments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.A commitment to professional growth and development.Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
