This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs in a friendly and inclusive primary school environment. ? The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assist pupils with learning tasks, behaviour, and emotional development Support the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities Monitor and report on pupil progress and development Work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and wider school staff to create a supportive learning environment Who We’re Looking For Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional learning needs Strong interpersonal skills and patience Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to supporting learning ?
