Two Exciting Roles Available in School EYFS - 1:1 SEN Teaching AssistantProvide 1:1 support to a child in Reception with Down's Syndrome and ASD. The child has an EHCP and requires consistent, nurturing support to develop communication and access the EYFS curriculum through play. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies and ensure progress. Reception/Nursery - Blended Support RoleSplit between Nursery and Reception, this position involves general classroom support in Nursery and targeted assistance for two Reception pupils with EHCPs (Down's Syndrome and ASD, non-verbal). You'll promote engagement and social interaction through structured play and communication-focused activities.
