Ideal Candidate Profile

• Practical, non-teaching experience in a school setting supporting students.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and non-verbal communication for delivering instructions and discerning student requirements.
• Prior familiarity with a school environment and experience with personal care duties.
• The capacity to maintain composure and forbearance when interacting with students who present diverse learning paces, requirements, and behaviours.
• An active Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or a readiness to promptly initiate a new application.
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK.
• Availability to begin work immediately.
