Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs.
• Assist with coursework, emotional well-being, and personal development.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of student's Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Requirements

• Minimum of six months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
• Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong passion for supporting students with SEN.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• The legal right to work in the UK.
