The Permanent Role
We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant for a permanent, full-time contract. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong, long-term relationships with students and their families. As a permanent member of staff, you'll provide consistent one-to-one and small group support to students with a variety of needs. Your stability will be a key factor in their success, helping them feel secure and confident. You'll work closely with teachers to implement personalized support plans, ensuring students are given every opportunity to thrive both academically and personally.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, long-term support to students, helping them navigate their learning journey and build essential life skills.
