You will work in close partnership with teachers and staff to provide personalised support, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their best.
Your Responsibilities

- A positive outlook and a genuine dedication to helping students with SEN succeed.
- A cooperative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are a definite plus, but not required.
Why Work With Us?
- The opportunity to have a significant and positive impact on students and their families.
- A supportive and welcoming team environment.
- Opportunities for professional development and specialised SEN training.
- The deep satisfaction that comes from a rewarding and purpose-driven role.
