If you are passionate about inclusive education and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you The Role:You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support across Key Stages, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of pupils.Key Duties:Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional developmentSupport the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Encourage positive behaviour and active participation in lessonsBuild strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and staffAdapt learning materials to suit different learning styles and SEN requirementsMonitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacherHelp maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Experience working with children, ideally in SEN or primary settingsA calm, empathetic, and proactive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility and enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and wellbeingEnhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer:A long-term role in a caring and well-structured schoolCompetitive daily rate: £85–£105 (dependent on experience)Access to ongoing CPD and training opportunitie
