About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils aged 14-16 who require additional emotional and behavioural support. You'll help them engage with learning, manage their emotions, and build the confidence they need to succeed. The SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide structure, stability, and encouragement throughout the school day. This is a full-time position, five days per week, offering a rewarding opportunity to work with an inspiring group of students in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
