Small class sizes (4–8 pupils) and strong support structures allow every SEN Teacher to deliver highly personalised learning experiences. About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Teach small groups of 4–8 pupils to ensure individualised, high-quality learning. Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of autistic learners. Work closely with therapists and specialist support staff. Provide a nurturing, structured environment where pupils can thrive. Complete EHCP reviews and contribute to personalised learning plans. Support pupils with personal care needs where required.This role offers an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teacher who values teamwork, creativity, and meaningful outcomes. About You We are looking for an SEN Teacher with: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. A passion for SEN and a desire to develop as an SEN Teacher within a specialist setting.
