Key Responsibilities

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• The quality of teaching and learning for all assigned pupils, ensuring their progress, welfare, and positive outcomes.

• Supervising any support staff working with your pupils.

• Providing leadership in a curriculum area, including:

  • Monitoring quality and standards.

  • Contributing to school planning and self-evaluation.

  • Offering professional support to other teachers and support staff.

  • Advising the Head of Education on appropriate resources and materials.

  • Leading relevant professional development.

• Implementing the aims and values of the school, ensuring they are embedded in everyday practice.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from £31,650 to £45,646 p.a. (M1-UPS1).
