Who are you?
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly effective Primary Teacher with an inclusive mindset and experience in complex needs. If you are committed to fostering a love of learning and have a proven track record of excellent classroom management and pupil attainment in diverse settings, we'd love to hear from you.
You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience in teaching across the primary age range.
You have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and are skilled at delivering differentiated, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and effectively meet diverse needs.
You demonstrate an excellent ability to adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, ADHD, and Speech and Language Difficulties.
You are highly skilled in using continuous assessment and data to monitor progress and inform planning, particularly for pupils with complex learning profiles.
You are a collaborative professional who can build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and external specialists.
What will you be doing?
As an Experienced Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall academic success and well-being of your class. Your days will focus on delivering exceptional, personalised teaching and contributing to whole-school excellence.
Deliver high-quality, engaging, and significantly differentiated teaching across the primary curriculum.
Plan, prepare, and assess work effectively, ensuring accurate pupil tracking that reflects individual progress, including pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Implement effective strategies for positive behaviour management, particularly supporting children with SEMH difficulties.
Collaborate proactively with SEN staff, specialists, and parents on curriculum adaptations, pastoral care, and pupil progress initiatives.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting our inclusive and nurturing ethos.
Where will you be working?

We cater for primary-aged children who have moderate learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH), and other complex needs. Our pupils present with a wide range of needs, such as children with mild medical issues, developmental disorders like ADHD and Dyspraxia, Autism, and speech and language difficulties.
