We are seeking an SEN Teacher who can create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports every child to achieve their full potential - both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities of an SEN Teacher Plan, deliver and adapt high-quality lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff.Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to promote progress and well-being.Assess and monitor students' development, providing detailed feedback and reports. Requirements of an SEN Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) essential.Experience working with pupils with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings).Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour management strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A positive, flexible, and compassionate approach to teaching Why Join Academics Ltd?
