Role: SEN TeacherLocation: M23 - ManchesterHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 3:00 PMPay: £143 to £223 per day (dependent on experience)Start Date: September 2025Duration: PermSetting: PRIMARY SEN School Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN Primary setting in the M23 area from ASAP. This full-time SEN Teacher role offers a rewarding opportunity to teach primary pupils who present with a variety of needs, including SEN, ASD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH, trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured and engaging learning environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally and academically. The school provides a creative and flexible curriculum, focused on meeting the needs of the whole child and supporting every pupil to succeed. SEN Teacher - Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and adapt high-quality lessons as an SEN Teacher across key stages (based on experience/specialism)Differentiate work to meet pupils' individual EHCP targets and learning needsBuild strong relationships and foster trust with pupils who have experienced trauma and disrupted educationUse trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to behaviour and engagementWork alongside TAs, the SENCO and wider team to create a holistic support frameworkLead engaging, accessible and practical learning experiencesMonitor and track pupil progress and adapt planning accordinglyProvide consistency, structure and care as a reliable and compassionate SEN TeacherLiaise with families and external professionals where
