The school is looking for a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their team, working specifically with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you are driven to help every child achieve their fullest potential, we would love to hear from you.Role Overview:As a Primary Teacher specialising in SEN, you'll be responsible for developing personalized and engaging learning plans for students with a range of special needs. You will collaborate closely with fellow educators and specialists to deliver the highest quality educational experience, ensuring each student's unique needs are effectively supported.Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for students with a range of SEN in line with the school's curriculum. Develop individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other teaching staff, SEN coordinators, and parents. Provide support and differentiation in the classroom to ensure accessibility for all students. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff. Work collaboratively with other members of the SEN team, supporting the development of students both academically and socially.Key Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary school setting. Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant educational frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion
