- Individualised Support: Delivering tailored assistance to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal and academic goals.
- Team Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Tracking student development and effectively communicating their progress to teachers and parents.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
