• Team Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Progress Monitoring: Tracking student development and effectively communicating their progress to teachers and parents.

What You BringTo be a successful candidate, you will need:

• At least 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
• Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
