Core Responsibilities:

• Nurture and support students with diverse SEN to achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Collaborate with the SENCO and teachers on developing and adapting learning materials.
• Act as a positive role model and key support figure within the classroom.
• Assist in creating an inclusive, motivating atmosphere.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience (at least 6 months) as an SEN TA in a UK school environment is mandatory.
• Possess a highly empathetic, proactive, and patient nature.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
