The Role: Building Your Portfolio of Expertise
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering our curriculum and intervention strategies. This role is a dynamic immersion into specialist education:
Curriculum Access: Provide direct, high-quality support to help students engage with complex secondary subjects.
Strategy Implementation: Assist teachers in executing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and sensory strategies, honing your ability to follow detailed professional guidelines.
Behavioural & Social Coaching: Learn and apply sophisticated techniques to support the development of students' social communication and self-regulation skills.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider team, building essential skills in cross-functional professional communication.
