Key Responsibilities

• Offer specialized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

• Work closely with class teachers to deliver effective, tailored lessons.

• Provide individual or small-group support to students who need additional help.

• Help manage the classroom to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources, adapting them as needed.

• Support school events, activities, and parent meetings when required.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably with those with special educational needs.

• A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with young learners.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, but not mandatory.

• A commitment to safeguarding children (an enhanced DBS check is required).
