Key Responsibilities
Offer specialized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
Work closely with class teachers to deliver effective, tailored lessons.
Provide individual or small-group support to students who need additional help.
Help manage the classroom to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources, adapting them as needed.
Support school events, activities, and parent meetings when required.
Requirements
Experience working with children, preferably with those with special educational needs.
A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with young learners.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, but not mandatory.
A commitment to safeguarding children (an enhanced DBS check is required).
