Randstad Education is working with a large primary school in Kirkby to recruit an organised and committed Teaching Assistant who can provide general support in a Y4 class and also support children who are Neurodiverse. This term-time role is to start on ASAP and offers the chance to make a real difference, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate. You will need to have previous experience supporting children with SEN as well as knowledge of the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general and 1:1 support to children with ADHD, ASD and Delayed development.
• Act as a positive role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students.
• Work with the class teacher to support lesson delivery within the KS2 classroom
• Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.
• UK school experience is essential to be considered for this role.
