With a competitive salary of £25 per hour for QTS holders, this position offers the chance to make a real impact on the lives of young learners.As an SEN Outreach Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students in the community or their own home, providing individualised support and guidance to help them reach their full potential. You will collaborate with other education professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.We have Secondary aged SEN Students working at KS1 levels with immediate tutoring needs. Get cleared over half term ready to start from the 3rd November Our client is committed to the professional development of their staff and offers free CPD opportunities to support your growth and expertise in the field as well as pre-planned lessons. You will also enjoy the benefits of either LTD or Umbrella, ensuring a comprehensive package for your role.To be successful in this position, you should have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or 1:1 Teaching, Tutoring or Mentoring experienceExperience working with students of various ages and abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environmentsA Enhanced DBS on the update service (we can support you to apply)Availabilty Monday to Friday, Full or Half Days.
