Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported. Your key duties will include:

• Adapting and delivering creative English lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Utilising P Scales to effectively meet diverse learning requirements.
• Building positive and lasting relationships with students to foster a safe classroom environment.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive student support.
• Providing personal care as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a compassionate and proactive educator with:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
• A current DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply.
• A deep commitment to inclusive teaching practices and helping students reach their full potential.
