This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have experience working with children in a school setting. Day-to-day of the role: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, focusing on their individual learning and emotional needs.Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to implement effective learning strategies tailored to the needs of each student.Monitor and track the progress of students, adapting support methods as needed to maximize student success.Advocate for the needs of SEN students within the school environment, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest educational practices and techniques for supporting SEN students.
